Clinics Using Best Practice Medical Software
Quickly identify patients who may benefit from a review of their BP management
DOWNLOAD SQL QUERY:
1. Download SQL query to your Downloads folder
2. Click Utilities > Search
3. Click Load Query in Best Practice
4. Select the Query that you have downloaded from your Downloads folder
5. Click Run Query
Note: The query will generate a list of patients for whom BP should be a priority at their next visit. Please note that the download option is just the SQL query and does not download any additional software or add-ons.
Patients with hypertension with a recent BP reading >140 mmHg
Patients with a recent BP reading >140 mmHg who are not treated
Patients with a recent BP reading >160 mmHg who are not treated
DOWNLOAD SQL QUERY AS TEXT FILE:
1. Download SQL Query as Text File to your Downloads folder
2. Open .txt file from Downloads folder
3. Copy SQL Query text and paste into SQL Query / Best Practice
4. Click Run Query
